I graduated from the State Pedagogical Herzen University in 2001. Being a student I started my professional life as an English teacher at a Pedagogical College in St. Petersburg where I was responsible for the English language programs, taught General English and supervised my students’ practice classes at primary schools and in kindergartens. In 2002 I joined in the Chair of Foreign Languages in St. Petersburg State University of Refrigeration and Food Engineering, which was later incorporated in ITMO University. I have CAE and TKT certificates. Currently, I teach courses in General English, English for Specific Purposes, Academic Writing, and a course on Translation and Interpreting. I am interested in content based learning, blended learning, and soft and life skills development. With my more than 15-year teaching experience as a teacher I still love my job and enjoy every class.
